Do you run around outside in your winter weather attire when its 80 degrees and humid?! Well sometimes our pets feel that way when they go out in that weather in their furry attire! Some pets have hair coats that can help dissipate the heat, others don’t. Some dogs don’t have thick fur-coats but exercise and play so hard that they cause heat stroke from muscle exertion. Some dogs have anatomical characteristics that limit their ability to cool themselves. It’s important that you recognize the potential for this possibly deadly condition! Check out the links below:
